1. Excellent Arc Extinction, Stable Operation

Equipped with a self-optimized vacuum interrupter, using a single-step sealing process, the vacuum degree is strictly controlled within 1.33×10⁻³Pa. High-purity Cu-Cr contacts achieve arc-free switching, eliminating the risk of arc re-ignition. After rigorous testing, the electrical life is 250,000 cycles under AC-3 conditions and 100,000 cycles under AC-4 conditions, with a failure rate of less than 0.007% and an average mean time between failures (MTBF) of over 30 years.

The 12KV Vacuum Contactor utilizes an optimized bistable MAC permanent magnet drive mechanism, supporting AC120V/220V wide voltage input, with closing time ≤200ms and opening time as fast as ≤60ms.
